GDPR is bringing in new legal protection for personal information from May 2018. This tells you what personal information I gather from my website and why and what your rights are.

The Purpose of Processing Client Data : I take basic contact details via my website to allow me to contact you and handle bookings. In this form I ask for your name, email address, phone number and message regarding booking.
What do I do with your data?
I use it to get in contact with you to schedule an appointment.
Lawful Basis for holding and using Client Information : As a full member AoR, the Association of Reflexologist, I abide by the AoR code of Practice and Ethics. I will not show your information with anyone else other than within my own practice or as without explaining why it is necessary and getting your explicit consent.
Protecting Your Personal Data: I am committed to ensuring that your personal data is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure,I have put in place appropriate technical, physical safeguards and secure the information collected from you.
Your Rights: GDPR gives you the following rights: to be informed, right of access, right to erasure, right to restrict limits on how your therapist uses your personal information, right to object, right to lodge a complaint, right to rectification, right in relation to automated decision-making and profiling
